The short version
- We collect your email, your practice results and basic usage data. That's what we need to run Charmwise.
- The messages you type are sent to our AI provider to write her replies and your coach notes. We don't store your chat messages on our servers.
- We never sell your personal information.

1. Who we are
Charmwise is operated by Tai Kaish, a sole proprietor in Israel ("Charmwise", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described here.
2. What we collect
Information you give us:
- Your email address, which we ask for before your first chat so we can save your progress.
- The messages you write in practice chats. These are processed to generate replies and coaching (see below).
- Anything you send us when you contact support.
- Payment details, if you buy Charmwise Plus. These are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
3. What we collect automatically
When you use the site and app, we collect:
- Your practice results: Charm Score, the score of each message, how each chat ended, which profiles you chatted with, how many free chats you've used, and the coach's summary after each chat.
- Technical information such as browser, device type, pages visited, and your approximate city from your IP address (we use it to show profiles near you).
- How you use the app, such as swipes, chats started and screens viewed, through our analytics provider. This can include session recordings of how you move through the app, with the text you type hidden by default.
- Information from cookies, local storage and similar technologies, including advertising pixels, as described in the Cookies section.
4. Your practice chats and AI
Charmwise uses AI to play the women you match with and to write your coach notes and summaries. To do that, the messages in a chat are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, each time you send a message. Anthropic processes them only to provide this service to us and, under its commercial terms, does not use them to train its models.
We don't store the text of your chats on our servers. Your current chat lives in your browser. We keep the coach's notes and summaries so feedback can build over time.
Please don't put real people's personal details, or sensitive information about yourself, in practice chats.
5. How we use your information
- To run the app: generate replies and coaching, keep your Charm Score and history, and apply the free plan's limits.
- To send emails about your account, and product news only if you opted in.
- To measure how our ads perform and to improve the app.
- To keep our services secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
6. Legal bases (UK and EEA)
We rely on: performance of a contract, to provide the service you signed up for; consent, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time; legitimate interests, to improve and secure our services, where these are not outweighed by your rights; and legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep or share information.
8. We don't sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. Some US state laws treat advertising cookies and pixels as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out of that at any time by emailing hello@charmwise.xyz or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
10. How long we keep it
We keep your account details and practice results while you use Charmwise, and for 12 months after your last visit, unless the law requires longer. When you ask us to delete your information, we do so within 30 days. Data stored in your browser stays there until you clear it.
11. International transfers
Our providers are based in the United States and elsewhere. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we use recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Keeping it safe
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever become aware of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
13. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of your information
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Transfer it to you or another service
- Stop marketing emails
14. How to use your rights
Email hello@charmwise.xyz. We will respond within one month (UK/EEA) or 45 days (US states), and we won't treat you differently for using your rights. In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to help first.
15. Age limit
Charmwise is only for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think someone under 18 has used Charmwise, email us and we'll delete their information.
16. Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you by email before they take effect.
